Terrific time last night sharing some self defence BJJ applications with Jim Armstrong’s crew at Raw Combatives on our trip to Melbourne. Great skills and, even more importantly, great people! I definitely recommend these guys for anyone in the Melbourne area looking for a great self defence school. They take their training seriously but they don’t take themselves seriously, a great combination! My roar definitely needs some work!!!
