The Introductory Trial Offer*** allows you to try our classes at ISOHEALTH whilst you decide if ISOHEALTH is the right fit for you.

• Adults: $45.00 Two Session Trial:

  This trial allows you to come and try any two of our classes (Evening Classes: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and/or Day Classes: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday).
  Please note: If you decide to join after your two sessions, your first week of training is covered by the $45 trial fee.

• Kids: $33.00 One Week Trial:

  The trial can be used at any of the Kids Classes (Tuesday, Thursday and/or Saturday)

• Kids: $20.00 Saturday Only Trial:

  The trial can be used for a once-off class on a Saturday

Required Clothing:

• Long sleeve top (long sleeve tee or rashguard)
• Full-length pants (leggings/compression pants with shorts over the top or tracksuit pants)
• No Zippers: Please note that we need all clothing to be zip free
• Bring along a pair of thongs/flip flops/sandals to wear whenever you are off the mats (all of which are for hygiene reasons)

Please note: As a new potential member, all of the Gi classes are able to be attended (even if you don’t have a Gi) so long as you adhere to the required clothing guidelines above.

We also ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your first session so that we can have you complete a waiver form and show you around the gym.

**Bookings are essential for the trial sessions due to high demand and can be taken in the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening classes as well as the Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Day classes. Please contact us in advance via email ([email protected]) to ensure availability.
