Sarah started training at ISOHEALTH in mid 2009 and has trained there ever since. She has trained in all of the ISOHEALTH classes and has solid skills in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking and self defence. Sarah received her BJJ Purple Belt in February 2015.

Sarah has a particular interest in self defence and runs the Womens Only Self Defence classes at ISOHEALTH.
