>> Gracie Jiu Jitsu (BJJ/Grappling): Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Learn how to defend yourself on the ground. Uses locks & holds rather than strikes, one of the most grueling workouts you’ll ever get & extremely effective!
>> BJJ: “BJJ All Levels” classes are suited to all levels. Beginner are well catered for in this class and more experienced practitioners will also be well catered as people are split into training groups according to their experience level.
>> BJJ Fundamentals: " BJJ Fundamentals” classes are specially focused on all the things that are essential to laying a sound foundation for anyone new to BJJ.
>> BJJ Advanced
(Gi):
“BJJ Advanced Gi” class is focused on techniques that already assume a baseline level of existing experience/knowledge. The pre-requisite for attending this class is that you must be a 1 Stripe White Belt or above.
>> BJJ Advanced
(no Gi)

“BJJ Advanced No-Gi” class is focused on techniques that already assume a baseline level of existing experience/knowledge. The pre-requisite for attending this class is that you must be a 1 Stripe White Belt or above.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NO-GI TRAINING: Although this is a No-Gi class hygiene is very important and thus is it essential that EVERY PARTICIPANT in this class have their arms and legs covered by wearing the following:

Upperbody = Long Sleeve Rashguard or Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Lower Body = If you wish to wear shorts then you must wear long compression pants (ie Skins or UnderArmour pants etc) under your shorts. Gi pants are of course a valid option too.

>> IRBPP: Purely focused on self defence this class develops the skills, fitness and mindset for protecting yourself. Caters to all levels with the intensity adjusted for each participant.
>> Standup/Clinch: Learn how to strike & grapple while standing. Includes takedowns, takedown defence & how to integrate your striking & grappling.
>> Open Mat: Session for Sparring and Drilling Standup or BJJ
